Zelensky announces the creation of the Carpathian Eight (C8) format. He made the announcement during the summit of Carpathian states, which is taking place in Ukraine for the first time. The C8 will include Ukraine, Romania, Serbia, Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Austria and Hungary.
